Just a wonderful natural bottle here. Very unique and cool blend: Trousseau, Mondeuse, and Blaufränkisch. Starts off with a purple crimson color, slightly cloudy. Strong and complex nose featuring cranberry, pomegranate, and blueberry purée. Has a touch of effervescence, which is actually refreshing. Some fruity lollipop flavors, leaning on the aroma profiles. Drinks just as good 24 hours later after being left open to the air. Best slightly chilled.

Another one of these light, chillable natural reds that are all the rage. The difference being this comes from the masters behind Methode Sauvage. A light cranberry color with thin edges. Remarkable nose of fresh blue fruits along with massive amounts of strawberry. Lifesavers and fresh herbs. A fruity potpourri in a bottle. Trousseau, Mondeuse, and Blaufränkisch make up this wild and untamed blend.
Very, very reminiscent of Beaujolais in structure and flavor profile. Bright acidity with firm structure, this always maintains a nice level of balance. It never allows itself to become alcoholic juice. Extraordinarily fresh blueberries on the palate that are joined by tart cranberries and more fresh herbs. As fun as this is, it is serious stuff. Seriously delightful.
