Profound ripeness, but not overdone in any way, this mature yet lively bottle is burting with cedar, aged cigar box, sage and dried cassis aromas. On the palate, it's silky and seductive with rounded off tannins and loaded with dried fruit flavors, yet it manages to retain freshness and even offers some dusty minerality on the a back palate.

Wooow, what a nice surprise. To me Merryvale profile is a decent Wine but this 97 is the best so far....

Man...this will go well with the New York strip tonight!!! Exactly what you would expect from a huge Napa cab 😀 I would recommend not decanting very long - peak drinking 30 min to an hour 15 min.
