I’ll start this by saying this was the most fun bottle of wine I’ve had in some time. Pale golden hue with straw accents. Predominantly pears and green apples on the nose with white pepper, citrus, and nice floral notes. Exceedingly crisp and well balanced, there’s a slight minerality that takes this up a notch. Tangerines, apricots, lemons, and honey on the palate which leads to the surprisingly long finish. Complex and age worthy? Nope. Just a great, simple wine. Buy more Austrian wine people.

Starts with a slight effervescence with classic gruner aromas of nectarine, lemon, green bean & white pepper. There's a hint of earthiness to make it interesting. On the palate, super linear, clean & crisp. Great for easy drinking 👍 (really opens up to some floral notes day 2 or 3)

Very simple and straightforward and missing some of the personality I thought I remembered, so I'd opt for the Burgenland blend side by side. Green and yellow sour apples, that's about all.

Floral and vegetal aromas dominate with some yellow apple; slightly effervescent with tart citrus acidity and yellow apple flavors. A perfect spring wine. Dig Into "Green Wine" class; the biodynamic wine.

Could be mistaken for a sauv blanc. Gooseberry, starfruit, some of that grassy green vibe, crushed rocks, mineral streak throughout. Crisp and refreshing! High acid! This wine quite simply puts a smile on your face :)
