Burgenland Blaufränkisch

A nice wine, no doubt, that at first showed quite nicely. However, with food (veal flank steak, grilled white asparagus and hollandaise) it played second violin and slightly fell flat.

Such a refreshing red..

Capa y densidad muy baja, en nariz frutas silvestres, ciruela negra y lácteos. En boca dulce de entrada, buen paso y final amargo y algo balsámico...

Fresh taste of sour red fruits - redcurrants? Tart red apples? Almost a sparkly feel in the mouth, short aftertaste.
Refreshing to drink by itself, or with something light.

Murky tart red berries. Bright and fresh and plushy.

Bold and deep with a solid complex flavor.

Earthy, manure, tarragon on the nose. Can't say it's pleasant, but definitely interesting. Light, red fruit, lively acid on the palate. This is a weird one.

Interesting nose, remeniscant of a farm. Sour but well structured, taste of sour small fruits with a wild component. Absolutely delicious. As an aperitif.
