Deep ruby in color with a reddish rim.
Strong nose of blackberries, black currants, cooked plums, light cedar, licorice, vanilla, milk chocolates, spices, light cola and fresh peppercorn.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruit forward on the palate with black currants, black plums, blackberries, light cedar, herbs, spices, chocolates, cinnamon, tobacco, light vanilla and black pepper.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Rich and fruit forward. Elegant and entertaining.
Spicy and easy drinking right out of the bottle, and better after 90 minutes of airtime.
Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Complex and interesting.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years.
I've had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent.
A great sipping wine, and good for parties too.

Craig really enjoyed it and expects it will get better as it breaths; terrific balance of fruit and smooth. Kelly loved it too and agreed that letting it breath improved it.
