Sweet and peachy without overbearing notes, smooth and leggy, very easy drink, just touching on the slightly too sweet side.

Recently back from Australia with a new found respect for good Shiraz. Unfortunately this is not the best Shiraz I’ve tasted, in fact it’s not the best McGuigan Shiraz I’ve tasted. It’s an okay red but for a Shiraz it disappoints both the nose and the palate. As for being labelled “reserve” I can’t argue with that as it’s a just a little too reserved for me.
