The body is medium full. Quite nice. Good oak use, not over done. The palate fruits are; Meyer lemon, lime, pineapple, grapefruit, guava, green melon, green apple. Touch of cream, sea spray, soft chalky & volcanic minerals, yellow lilies and spring flowers.

This was seriously well done!! Rich on the palate with loads of smokey minerality. There's great acidity and an incredibly long finish. Amazing value as well!!
