Feb 16th, 2021Pale lemon-hued. Aromas and flavors of cream, grapefruit, lime, mango, melon, orange blossom, pineapple, and wet stone. Medium body and medium-plus acidity. Intense and complex bouquet on the nose, with a textured mouthfeel and a lingering finish of citrus and yeast. Well-balanced and integrated.
