Whoa. Whoa. White sharp cheddar and chocolate covered cherries would pair well.
This has pepper and a dark cherry after and for all the conversation a great wine.

Tight it's tart. Opened up and went much creamier. Still has a substantial tannic structure for 4 years

Needs time to open up. Red fruit and concentrated floral aromas on the nose. Concentrated flavors as well and dry, forceful tannins. The finish is nice and I get faint citrus notes at the end.
