Pale lemon with fragrant aromas of tropical and stone fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, melon and peach, crisp with lively vibrant acidity and mineral notes. Medium finish ending with a spicy flinty character. Drink now, best when young. Tasting Sample!

Decent wine from Gavi. Remember it's the cortese grape.

Pale lemon-hued. Aromas and flavors of almond, blossom, honey, lime, and pineapple. Medium body and medium-plus acidity. Lovely floral notes on the nose; while balanced and textured on the mouthfeel and a lingering finish of citrus.

Dry very light with very light citrus not involving but also will not over power light dishes. Would pair well with many seafoods

...in the Rat's mouth; Boca inlet on Pop's boat with Glenn and Dino. Dino's family has a vineyard on "The Boot;" so I bring a Gavi. Figured a white this early in the morning would be better than a Tignanello.

Classic Italian white... Light straw in color... Dry... Slightest hint of citrus... California Chard this is not... Dino unable to comment as Glenn pees for the third time... Dino is back... Wait... Dino smells "fresh linen," and senses fresh oak... We agree it's good... Pop has no idea.
