This wine is extremely oaky. The overwhelming flavors are smoke and leather. This is a style quite popular with some, but not to my particular taste. I did decant for hours after my first taste, but the toasted oak flavors still dominated.

Almost sour. Drinkable but not enjoyable for me.
Edit: After another chance, liked it better. Maybe a nice spice aftertaste.

Definitely still a young wine. Would let it sit to let more of the tannins and leather notes develop.
