Steve, not quite all that as you make it sound like Coche Corton Charlie but great effort. Like the secondary flavors from the extra fermentation which adds a texture and nuance and that uniqueness is what you should seek.

@Peche Restaurant, New Orleans. Superb food friendly white with amazing minerality and acidity. W/ oysters, shrimp bisque, shrimp croquettes and whole flounder.

Delicious if curious and subtle, the main flavor here was honeysuckle, and there was some yellow apple if I looked for it. With a beautifully balanced structure, I imagine this being perfect with delicate seafood. Worth another try for sure.

Not much aroma. Slightly sweet. Tastes like grapes. Unusual and unexpected straw after taste yet with a clean finish
