Lemon, citrus, minerals. Sauvignon blanc lending crispness and Ribolla showing through with an oily texture... intriguingly if not entirely convincingly on day one. After a few days the elements have really come together and this shows some pretty floral and petrol notes. Bright, unoaked, overall very refreshing blend.

Steve has managed to be remarkably consistent with this wine even when the blend varies. This is a wonderfully citrusy wine. Great acidity with a slightly graveling texture. Hard to stop drinking it.

This is one of my favorite whites. A little tropical fruit from the Sav Blanc is balanced out by the other varietals that cuts some of the sharpness. On the nose: lemon, slight peach, nice minerality. Tongue: lemon, maybe some stone fruits, crushed stones on the finish. This is a fantastic food wine. Not overly acidic with a nice backbone.
