Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Nicely balanced. Good stuff

Better day two, much too young.

Failed to take good notes on this but I know that we enjoyed. I would like to revisit.

Bright, herbaceous cab with an earthy aroma. Tastes of raspberry and black currant, ripe medium tannins. Wish we waited a while longer to let this wine mature, but still very good.

Matthiasson skördar väl tidigast i Napa och har en nyklassisk stil. Frisk, medelfyllig med härlig parfym. Vinbär, körsbär, rosblad, lavendel, viol. Avvägda fat som ger antydan på mocka, vanilj och jord.

Nicely balanced cab - silky tannins and balance of fruit and acid. This wine shows restraint.

Lean and balanced. Great expression of Napa Cabernet.

Oak nose. Medium body, dry, red fruit forward. A lighter Cab that paired well with bisque then filets.
