This is a great easy drinking wine. Pale lemon. Some very slight effervescence. Apple, pear, lemon, stone. Low alcohol. Lower acid than Riesling. Light body. Dry.

Like a txakolina and great with idiazabal. Muted stone fruit aroma with slight lees, spritz and medium acid and bitterness and only 11.5% alcohol on the mouth. Dry and slightly bitter
