Blackberry, vanilla and some meat juice on the nose. This seems to be very concentrated and a bit oaked. The palate is very well made with a good acid drive, a nice soft mouthfeel, a thick matter on the sides, a bright blackberry note all along. Some grainy tannins kick things up and power up a huge finish with that blackberry fruit, that thick matter, and a bit of that oaky note. It's very well crafted but it's not a style I enjoy too much, it's too muscular and too oaky for me.
