Magnificent rosé blend from Côte de Provance. Perfect blush to the eye. Apricot all over the place on the nose. On the pallet: the slightest hint of sweet strawberries up front then some sea salt and great acidity with a light lengthy finish. Serious rosé, serious wine period.

Melon & strawberry notes. Fruit is definitely in front of the acidity here. Enough power to hold up to some rich food. Very nice.
