On the nose there was passion fruit, lime, grapefruit, white peach, asparagus, cut grass, flint and minerality.
On the palate there is grapefruit, lime, white peach, cut grass, asparagus, herbaceousness, green pepper, salinity, spice and minerality.

Interesting. The French oak hides the green chili pepper flavor just enough. If you have this with something that compliments like ceviche with jalapeño or a bowl of chili, then this would be good.

Can't say enough good things about this wine. It's got more body than you'd expect, as if oaked for a while, and it's fab. Will buya case.
