Vin de France olla blanc

Always a pleasure.

Ikke så hoppy som sidst. Langt mere bergamotte denne gang. Honning. Flydende altheabolscher men med syre og friskhed. Stadig noget af det mest interessante hvide/orange jeg har drukket i lang tid. (Hos Jannik).

Det her er vanvittigt. Alt det som de hypede hazy IPA’er drømmer om at være. Moden tropisk frugt. Urtet bitterhed. Humlet. Haribo Ferksner. En perfekt udgave af Marto Weiss og Gilles Azzonis Nedjma fra dengang, hvor den var god. A+.

A lovely wine! Sumptuous, plump, smooth (from the macabeo), complex grassy/vegetal aromatics (whatever the muscat varietal). It’s low abv (10.5%) and plushy but real tannin is there and accumulates w some time in the glass to culminate in a very complete and satisfying vin!
