first bottle of birthday / lunar new year haul... amazing nose, so clean, cutting. followed by medium tannin, melon, pomelo peel. very un—annoying orange wine... a taste of desperately awaited spring

Classic skin contact / orange. Tart orange peel, coriander, classic skin contact funk.

Tart, dry, candy on the nose, delicious

Incredible! Melon and passion fruit that melts into lambswool with a hint of copper.

Sophisticated bouquet of dried flowers, chamomile, honey, peach, dried fruits, quince and tea. Delicious and multilayered, palate is not overwhelming, tannins are soft. Flavours of grapefruit and medicinal herbs. One more great macerated white by Matassa.
