Cantaloupe and citrus on this Sauv Blanc. If you close you eyes and ponder enough you’d swear it was almost enough to hint of lifesavor candy or bubblegum. The lightest lemon curd and just the right balance of acidity for me. 13.8%

Moderately dry, bright from acid even slightly effervescent, light structure, hint hint of residual tannin giving some bitter ending but not much astringent. A pleasant lightly refreshing drink.
