Oct 30th, 2015Took a while to open up. Very spicy with baked plums and a bit of tapenade on the nose. Still plenty of tannin but fruit starting to fade. Drink now. Preferably with me.

Feb 23rd, 2014Every vintage I’ve had has been spectacular. The cork looked 2 years old. The wine was still tart and the tannins had softened and smoothed out. We had this elk and that paring worked very well. A delight in every way.
