Really awesome acidity. This should lay down a bit. Leans a bit more to the grassy and stony mineral side. Unripe guava, green apple, grapefruit pith, flint and chalk.

Acid driven Sauvignon blanc. Very refreshing, touch of citrus, and was quite a good pair with shellfish.

Delicious and crisp! Exactly what I look for in a Sauvignon blanc. Knew it would be good because it’s the side project of Dan Petroski (Larkmead).

Surprising and lovely - best sav I've had in a long while

Incredibly fresh Sauvignon Blanc from Napa. Very unexpected. Nose definitely identifies as SB, but palate has none of the overbearing grassiness or anything like that. Very tasty.
