New day, new grape. Nicely weighted. A mature austerity.

Mostly cement fermentation, with a portion of skin contact in SS. Lots of honey, citrus, sea breeze, with a weighted mouthfeel.

A touch oxidative and really interesting. Would love to take a while with this one.

Aromatic, mineral laden wine! Nose is like chalk and wet cobblestone. Palate follows the same minerality with lemon peel, bees wax, and nectarine pith.

Liberality on the nose like snorting chalk, then a blast of peachy fruit on the palate ushering in a return of the liberality. Dusty, dry and long on the palate. Great with spicy food
