On the palate, Meyer lemon, lime juice, grapefruit, ripe green apple w/o skin, overripe peach, overripe pineapple, touch of funkiness, melon, touch of honey, body is a a little waxy & oily, hard volcanic minerals with a bite, good presence of powdery chalkiness, big acid and a round finish.
