Crushing the price vs quality ratio. Finding a decent #Cava under $10 isn't necessarily hard but man does this one deliver. Color is a pale ginger ale gold with good bubble retention. On the nose you get some chalky scents accented by some green apple peels. Green apple come across again on the palate but in a dry as opposed to sweet/tart fruit. You pick up some yeast notes but not over the top toasty. Just damn good fun and yummy bubbles at everyday price.
