Wow. I was absolutely impressed by this. I expected a bit more oak richness from this, but what I got was balance and elegance. Beautiful soft nose of peonies, pear, meyer lemon, and vanilla. The pallet was light on its feet, Burgundian in style - lemon zest, green apple skin, almond, creme, clove, and a subtle touch of butter to soften the mouth feel with perfect conjunction of its refreshing acid. This could have fooled me for a great St. Aubin! And better yet, for $20 out of Argentina!

What a surprise! I have been off. Chards but this one had a good rating so I took a chance. I love oaky Chards and this one delivered along with a Christ finish that I didn’t anticipate. This one is a winner.

Aged on lees for 6 months this pale lemon Chard from a cool climate has stone and tropical fruit aromas with cedar and slight biscuit notes. On the palate flavors of pear, melon and lemon juice with some vanilla and toasty oak. Medium+ finish, lively acidity ending with sweet vanilla citrus spice, not as good as ‘17. Tasting Sample!

Deep gold color with a nose of lemon, pineapple, and butter, with chalky notes. Nice mouthfeel with medium acidity. Medium to full-bodied. Good length on a smooth finish with a kiss of oak. Mascota is bringing it with these Unanime wines!

Had the 2021 and this 2022 is a completely different wine. Significantly more reserved - Maconnaise style, lean, dare I say thin. Citrus, minerals and flowers on palate, prominent acidity, med - body and modest finish. They jacked up price & under-delivered

Nice balance, I liked the slight mineral aspect. Not oaky, great price

This had a WHOLE lot of aromas & flavors going on: huge oak influence, vanillin, buttered popcorn, candied pineapple, lemon chiffon, lanolin, white flavors, hint of ginger - just strikingly assertive nose, decadent, heavily manipulated, on the palate - it’s huge, full bodied, full throttle, gobs of flavor recalling nose. I can see this having wide appeal, and overdelivers for $14.

Very good, but not as good as red Unánime (malbec or blend). My first white Unánime. Very refreshing (citrus). A wet straw, butter and honey. Short, bitter finish (grapefruit).
