2018, buono, una punta amaro in bocca

There is something quite appealing about aged Chardonnay. This, however, was rather past it, and might not have been too great to start with. After a while some dustiness blew off and tropical notes came through.

Aromas of vanilla, buttered biscuit, brown sugar, banana peel and honeydew melon. Flavors of vanilla, plum, baked apple and pineapple. Super smooth with a body as heavy as Thor's hammer. Finish of baking spices and baked apple.

Sadly not a chardonnay fan and did not have the patience to wait for this to develop.

Smells like cheese. Hint of sweetness and not too dry
