Oxidation on the nose that gradually fades. Notes of Apple, slight hints of hay, petrol and almonds/marzipan. Very Riesling like.

Very fun and interesting white blend. 90% garnacha blanca 10% pedro ximenes. Oxidized yellow pear, preserved lemon, apple skin, petrol, glue, white pepper, decaying flowers, hint of white mushroom. Steely almost canned-like minerality. Very cool

We thought it was reminiscent of white rhone. Herbaceous and nutty with some cool waxiness on the palate.

Was expecting a little more from this wine, all around nice flavours, sort of like a mix of Sauvignon , Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, but I'm the end lacking in grace, jack of all trades but master of none.
