Minerals, gravel, earth, herbs maybe a little mint, menthol. Jesus there is a ton going on with this wine. Tannins, acid, pinch of cinnamon, dark fruit. Black cherry and blackberry. Outstanding wine, would be so fun with a giant chop or thick bone in rib-eye.
