A gift from our friend Steve L. a few years ago, which we drank on the occasion of our 19th anniversary. Nice “jammy” blackberry fruit flavor; dry and medium to full bodied. A 2018 vintage that we enjoyed during 2025. I would expect the wine is one that ages well.

Black fruits (plum, blackcurrant), well-integrated oaky tertiary notes. Aromas of coffee, caramel, tar, tobacco, musk, humus. Beautiful aromatic range, and flexible.
Fruit noirs (prune, cassis), notes tertiaires boisées bien intégrées, avec des notes café, caramel, goudron, tabac, musk, humus. Belle gamme aromatique, et souple.

Decent wine, let it open up a bit before drinking. Not very heavy on the mouth feel but still has a good body and some strong flavor. Smoother feel after the first glass.
