A really clean cava sans any bitterness sometimes found in lesser wines. On a 2nd glass after a bite of sweet chocolate, the crisp freshness really came out and stared to sing. Great value and will try a few more bottles.

Crisp and clean, grapefruit, lemon with a hint of yeast. Nice acid sizzle lingers even after the citrus tang fades.
