Beautiful straw color, very fine bubbles (which I love) and a truly great Cava. Lots of stone fruit, peaches and apricots on the palate, zesty citrus, with some brioche/biscuit notes on the finish. Very easy to drink and paired really well with a Miso Salmon. Bumped up the fruit notes and bubbles!

Lemon, light cream, biscuit, and lots of yummy bubbles. Bright, crisp, and lightly citrusy. Refreshing.

9+ on the cava scale. Crisp and clean citrus. Some real depth and roundness here, sweet brioche. Could easily drink this whole bottle.
