Modern style for this dark colored, rich blend of several red grapes from Pfalz. Intense rich red fruits in the beginning, then hot sensation of alcohol and tannins covers everything.

Good bouquet - followed by a ride that just touches licorice mountain before diving down into a strong cloud of alcohol and then a plunge into chocolate/tobacco hinted field. Seated next to you for the entire time is the company of some fresh, young red fruit hanging forward in the straps on the ride. Good bottle - overall it has some punch, so take consideration in pairing. Meat would be better then pasta. Cheers!
