Sep 11th, 2023Wow, smells like dessert. Potent chocolate covered blueberries & strawberries with vanilla, hints of olive. Very tannic, finishes very dry. Perfectly aged wine, nice complexity. Brownish Ruby in color, clear. Paired nicely with lasagna, would love to try with other foods to see what they bring out in this wine.
