Salmon pink in color. Strawberry note in nose and mouth, with dry hay and herbaceous notes in nose. Dry to semidry, leaning to dry side, but definitely fruity, slight mineral tactility in mouth. Almost crisp. Cherry and slight citric aftertaste. Moderate skin astringency on front of tongue, which lowered my rating somewhat. Otherwise, a simple but well-structured dry rose. Paired nicely with my delayed viewing of the France-Belgium World Cup semifinal.
