Was excited to try this inaugural release from Joshua West (formally Figgins). Tried right after opening (the nose had good red fruits, Christmas spices and a little bit of that rock funk) but the flavor just wasn't for me. Re-visited after a few hours and was pleasantly surprised at what I tasted. Vivid tannins that finishes nicely on the palate. Excited to try more by this new winery — 2 years ago
