Les Combes Cornas Syrah
Delicious Cornas, drinking well at seven years with peppery Syrah fruit and tannin not leaning forward too much

Apr 17th, 2021Again grapey Beaujolais like nose. Like the 13 but in addition very dusty. This gained significant weight over night. The wine is also much less money than the first two a rare price drop 👏👏👏. Yet overall it is also much lighter with less tannins and complexity compared to previous vintages. Dark cherries in the glass. Overall the 2013 is my favorite then 2014 followed by 12.

Jul 23rd, 2016Here we have Haisma's Cornas as mentioned previously I had not the time getting quite buzzed to evaluate this wine properly. I will try this again later this year.
