Excellent see previous notes. Quite earthy, eucalyptus, cardamom, hint mocha, chocolate notes, a spectacular Pinot. 100% whole cluster. 13%.

Jul 17th, 2021100% stem inclusion and foot stomped. A brillant wine perhaps the best he made so far. Spice elements bark tart port wine hint of bitter like in a high end amarone. Stem complexity not fully resolved yet which some folks have a tough time with. Cedar box black tea tons of tannins. Keep for 10 more years! I just had his 15's with the importer they are fantastic! From amitie wines online.

Haisma takes risks in this case 100% whole cluster. I buy his wines every year.!!! This Morey happens to be very expensive 😐 sorry. Black currant nose -fully integrated - highly complex - cedar, black currant, wood, plenty of tannins, cardamon drinkable but seems closed even after 3h. The best burgundy has to offer. If you want to learn more about this winemaker buy his lesser wines you can't go wrong.
