Accidentally foto'd the blanc de blanc but I'm tasting the 2004 brut. Tasting portion: nose is green apple and sweetness. Acidic limestone and chalk are holding my mouth hostage for a long period of time. I attempt to reset with a potato chip. That's ok but this is relentless and unforgiving. I'd call this wine a dominatrix and a good refresher if you need a swift slap in the face as most of us do.
