Green apple, red apple, sea spray, strawberry, alfalfa, wet chalk, cream, puff pastry...there's so much going on here. One of Champagne's best values and most consistently satisfying champagnes. And it's what I'm drinking right now to celebrate #ChampagneDay 2015. Cheers! — 9 years ago
Brick red core, onion skin edges with watery rim. Tomato, tomato leaf, coffee and leather on nose. Fascinating tannin texture: initially feels like coffee grounds on the roof of your mouth, segues to supple mouthfeel and bright snap of black fruit on long finish. Beguiling. — 9 years ago

The 12/2013 disgorgement currently a gorgeous interplay of tart fruit, ripe fruit and stony structure. Crisp, spectacularly precise. Delicious. Very long finish. One of my absolute favorites, well worth seeking out. — 9 years ago
