But tonight 2007 is fantastic, with an incredibly expressive nose showcasing the forward and giving vintage in true form wafting layers of rich caramelized orchard fruit balanced with tertiary character, roasted nuts and freshly baked brioche. The palate remains vibrant and long and continued to blossom over the course of dinner. Fab bottle from the Queen of Ambonnay.
