Nose has strawberry and rhubarb along with dazzling fresh red currents and an amalgam of berries and light spice. Terrific nose. Palate is dry with lots of cut and energy and a lovely salty/strawberry combo on the mid and the finish. Lovely freshness and purity. A great effort. Good concentration and really I have to mention it again the energy here. Also super savory finish.

Supremely fruity. Strawberry and raspberry. Joyful. Pure. Some wonderful bready notes, minerals too. Elegant mousse.

Nose has maraschino cherry, sliced pear, wet chalk, mashed raspberry and dry minerals.

Palate has chalky ripe cherry, granite pebbles, fresh blood orange pith, fresh raspberry and light strawberry-raspberry jam. Wow, long finish, we're both smiling a lot on this bottle.

More cherry fruit than most Crémant de Bourgogne rosés we have enjoyed, just amazed! At $32, it's hard to find a better saignee of Pinot Noir brut rosé than what is in this glass, QPR delivered!

Always so solid for the money. Nose is earthy with with some cherry cola hints. High toned. Elegant and balanced. Nice freshness. Needs 45 minutes to get there.

Strawberries and minerality abound! Lovely bready notes in the mid palate and a lingering finish. Fantastic champagne!

The best color for rosé Champagne, so wickedly beautiful! Our last bottle until my next shipment lands between now and the end of the year. Prior notes still apply.

Another hot day in the Berkshires (+90°F) with outdoor chores filling most of my day.

First place in my heart for most amazing color on rosé Champagne. For ~$32, everyone should be hugging the Fass Selections team.

Very fruit driven especially at first. After some time more biscuit notes emerge. Lots of chalkiness even from the get go. Really delicious and a total steal.
