It says it all on the back label
I find this vintage particularly good and as far as I could talk to producers/viticulturists in Italy they all agree 2021 will be singing for a while. It is obviously a generalisation, but apparently after 2016 this is the new vintage to look for in the Bel Paese.
This is meanwhile terrific now, so mineral.
Top passerina ever...not that there are so many so impressive, but this one deserves to be tasted indeed. I poured it by the glass at the restaurant and it has misplaced many people especially after they saw the orange colour and expected a tired white, but met a tingling, exciting drink.
You are happy when you find this gems.

The colour gives away a bit of the winemaking
It's a dark gold result of 36 hours of maceration
First sip is rough, unusual sensations of sultanas, walnuts, field flowers and after a while we are invaded by the marine salinity. 12%.
Perhaps not the best example of elegance, but it does its job
Long
You end up loving it

From Lazio.
Nose is smoky. Almost lactic.
Palate is almost sweet in presentation. Yeasty? Bleh.
Meh.
But it’s natural. So I’m going to heaven. At least that’s what the most successful and duplicitous marketing campaign in the wine world tells me.
