Effervescent yet subdued. Apple and pear flavors with wildflowers on the nose. Extremely fun wine. — a year ago
Great white wine to cap the night. Almost like a desert white. Drinking with Calli in Rome!! — 8 months ago
First glass was kind of exciting. Second was too much… — a year ago
Great natty orange. More funk than others from Controvento and that's a good thing. — 2 years ago
A very delicious Italian white. Much better after a long decant. @Delectable Wine this is the Marche Trebbiano thanks! — 4 months ago
Chamomile, honey, rain water nose. Cloudy pale yellow. Super soft mouth feel, with some skin contact notes. Yeasty banana bread, lemon. Drank at bacchanal on a lovely September night with George. — 7 months ago

Very surprising
A grape variety that normally gives fruit and fun style wines
Never pretentious or overwhelming
In this case we may lack a bit of fruit, but we have a wet stone salty tingling mineral that is unheard of for a passerina and that is very rare altogether
It lingers too
Aperitif or with raw seafood i would say
I am guessing the bottle ageing has worked well for this wine..probably first time for me with a passerina 4yo — 2 months ago
