A blend of Treixadura, Giselle & Loureiro. Expressive on the nose with yellow stone fruit, moist rocks & moss and a saline whiff. Surprisingly rich on the palate yet beautifully balanced by the juicy acidity and asking, mineral bite. This has surprising depth & precision. An absolutely beautiful match with fish (pot roasted red gurnard)!!

Beautiful golden color. Rich aroma of peaches, apricots, and sugared lemons. On the pallet it’s medium bodied, stone fruit. It’s rich but not buttery. No lingering finish. It’s really elegant.
