Pale to medium salmon color with aromas of fresh berry fruits, yeasty, floral and nutty notes, delicate bubbles, fine mousse. On the palate flavors of fresh cherry, strawberry and raspberry flavors, adding citrus & toasty notes, crisp & refreshing, long ending with creamy lemon citrus, smoke, biscuit and earthy mineral notes. Nice!

Nice bottle. Pale salmon/amber color. A little minerality, a touch of that medicinal menthol amaro flavor. Light, creamy bubbles. Opens up after an hour or two into more of a classic raisin/brioche/yeasty/buttery champagne. Delicious.

Very pale rose robe, nose of flowers and cassis, very elegant and dry on the mouth but with an hedonist note, great bottle. Excellent as drink but will go really well with light meals.
