This is a ruthless wine. This wine will evolve with time and it will be epic. There was so much attack and red fruit that it took hours to get that strawberry cream pie thing. Definitely recommend this but I don't recommend it for the faint of heart or those looking for a pop and pour casual champagne. This is regal and intense, mineral, lithe, definitely not your friend. Bravo. Insane price point for this kind of quality and consideration.
