Blackberry and tangerine peel aromas, flavors. Light fruit juice character but fruity with blackberry and some blueberry flavors, not sweet or syrupy. Firm yet light acidity, crisp finish with light seed bitterness and skin astringency. Nice balance but a decidedly light style red. Sure to be divisive, but I like what the winemaker has done with this. The varietal character shines through here

Like all of the other wines from Margins, lots of ripe fruit. Cool almost pinkish red in color, very nice wine that we drank chilled.
