Made from Grenache (86%) & Syrah grapes sourced from vineyards in Santa Barbara & Alamo Creek in San Luis Obispo County & also blended with Counoise & Cinsaut, through a process called Saignée where a portion is bled off to yield a slightly pink juice from a red must right after crush. Light salmon with aromas of fresh berry fruits & subtle spices. On the palate flavors of strawberry and sweet spices, slightly savory. Soft drying tannins, light body ending with a mineral characteristics. Tasting Sample!

Reminds me of a lovely early summer’s day, when it’s not too hot, but warm enough to enjoy the outdoors. Restrained and light - not a typical Central California rose. Light red fruit on the nose, minerals and red fruit in the mouth. High acid. Moderate length. 11.9% alcohol....Very refreshing and good QPR.
