100%Grillo, cold vinification, aged 5yrs in oak w/o oxygen access.

Dense golden color, amber glitters.
Subtle yet stable aromas of raisins, dried apricots, pineapple succade, roasted walnuts and almonds, nougat, light puff of cannoli)
Soft & velvety, with substantial body. Sweet but not cloying. Woven of numerous nuances, such as candied orange, honey, and caramel, dried fruits, nuances of tobacco.
Mouthcoating ethereal aftertaste adding gentle licorice hint.
Served as digestif.
